Soy protein is made from soybeans and is gluten-free.
Tempeh is made from fermented soybeans, is high in protein, contains probiotics, is low in fat, and is gluten free.
Seitan is 100% wheat protein and is pure gluten. For those who are not gluten sensitive, seitan is a great protein source and is virtually fat-free.
