A Sacred Soul Session will be the profound first step in clearing, nurturing, and mending your energetic field to move you closer to a more balanced, clear and vibrant energetic state.
Before going into this, you must be ready to get vulnerable, and do the work. I am here to facilitate, but you must be able to dive deep and go through the coursework that is outlined for you, which may feel challenging and intense at times. One thing is for sure, that when you let your body move it through, you will find a lighter, clearer, and more connected version of you on the other side. You will find that your extreme triggers don't affect you as much, you can handle situations better, and find a softer flow to life. Reiki is one modality that may be used during your session.
This modality is a Japanese energy therapy in which practitioners consciously use their hands in a heart-centered and intentional way to enhance, support and facilitate the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and self-healing. Reiki utilizes light or near-body touch to clear, balance and energize the human energy system in an effort to promote healing for the whole person; body, mind, and spirit. Reiki means Universal Life Force. The Reiki practitioner is not the one giving this energy, but rather offering themselves as a vessel for this Divine Energy to flow through their bodies and hands, into the patient. The goal of Reiki is to restore harmony and balance in the energy system, creating an optimal environment for the body’s natural and innate tendency to move toward self-healing, resulting in relaxation and rejuvenation of the body and mind through the release of stagnant energy. Receiving reiki slows body down to Alpha state while receiving, in order to make healing more accessible.

In this session, you will be offered the space to connect with your divine expression, and create a love language in which you communicate with the Divine in you. As your channel opens, this connection is forever present with you, offering you the guidance you need in every moment of your waking life. Your relationship to self is strengthened, therefore making choices from a place of empowerment and clear knowing.
Home Energy Clearing & Blessing
Energies linger.. our clothing, furniture, and closed environment absorb energies and remain stagnant if not cleared. This accumulation of old, stagnant energies, create blockages in our lives. When we clear, by smudging (burning of sacred woods and herbs), using methods of Reiki and feng shui (proper placement of furniture for an enhanced energy flow, we create space for abundance and flow in certain area our lives; relationship, wealth, health, creativity and success, family life, romantic partnership & love.
